Refund Service Policy
We strongly believe in the craftsmanship and quality of our product, but if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
All products sold as Refurbished are final sales and can not be returned.
After-sales process and details:
(1) If a problem occurs during the warranty period, you can contact Hohem after-sales support for troubleshooting assistance either online or by email. If the problem is successfully identified, we will immediately provide you with specific solutions and steps. If the problem cannot be identified, we recommend sending the gimbal back for testing and repairing.
For exchange or repair service, please follow the instructions and guidance of our customer representatives to return the gimbal to the specified address and provide the tracking number. Once we receive your gimbal, we will follow up and keep you updated until the gimbal is returned to you.
(2) If the gimbal is confirmed to have a quality problem during the warranty period, Hohem will cover the return shipping fee and repair costs for orders purchased through our official stores. If the problem belongs to the artificial damage, gimbal owners need to bear the shipping and repair costs.
For orders from our authorized channels, if Hohem is required to handle the problem directly, we will only bear the repair and return shipping costs if the gimbal is confirmed to have a quality problem. In case of any disagreements, the customer is required to communicate with the direct store or seller where the product was originally purchased.
(3) Out of Warranty: Hohem provides paid repair services. If the customer agrees to return the product at his/her own expense and bears any costs incurred (including, but not limited to, shipping costs and customs duties), he/she can contact Hohem's after-sales support team to get a repair address. Hohem will provide the appropriate receipt as proof of the costs incurred during the repair process.
(4) Gifts are not covered by the warranty. For products with special extended warranty or other policies applicable to specific items, Hohem reserves the right of final interpretation.
(5) Warranty service only applies to the products in the purchase order (excluding gifts) and does not support any special personal requests, such as wishing to replace M6 with MT2 after a period of use.
Please note: Items must be shipped back before the end of the 15-day period. If your return was not shipped on time we will reject your return. No exceptions!
Attention: We do not accept returns for orders made from our Amazon store, or any other authorized vendors. You should process the returns directly with them. All Hohem products purchased from authorized vendors are covered by our warranty.
Instructions
1. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return before shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse.
2. If our team determines that your return is eligible, ship your return to our local warehouse, please kindly contact service@hohem.com to obtain the address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: Please be aware that our after sales services will be offered only to the country where the product is delivered to, for instance, if you order the product in the USA, then the services will be provided to you within the USA only.
Refunds
Shipping costs are not refundable in any case and will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you choose Free Shipping during checkout and later request to return the product the amount of $9.99 USD will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Please note: any import duties, taxes, fees, etc., paid during checkout or during customs clearance are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items with signs of use, dents, scratches, damages, etc will have a minimum 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. We also reserve the right to decline the return if item shows signs of a heavy use and/or is damaged.
Your return will be processed within 1-3 business days after it’s delivered back to us. You will receive an email notification with the amount of your refund.
Please note: Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used to complete the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank/PayPal or other financial institution to process the funds.
