May is National Photography Month! Officially recognized by Congress in 1987, National Photography Month is a time to celebrate photography as an art form, the history of photography, and taking selfies on your phone.  learning to take good photographs, tips for taking photos with your cellphone, and a few sites you can use for editing your own photographs.
