1. Expected Delivery Time
*Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
All EDT does not include the handling time.
Separate accessories will be transported longer than the gimbal, which may take about 7-20 business days to delivery.
2. Locations Ships To
Our main shipping area is North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Include the countries listed in the above table. Areas that cannot be shipped will not appear in selectable countries. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
3. Shipping Methods and Prices
Carriers: Here are a variety of logistics carriers we uses to ship products to our customers. Like DHL, TNT, FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc. We will choose according to the items and your needs.
- STANDARD SHIPPING: $9.99 USD
Ship through local logistics, such as USPS, Royal Mail, 4px, etc.
US UK DE FR IT and China orders over $64 USD are eligible for free standard shipping!
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING: $14.99 USD
Ship through international Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Other areas will not be able to provide standard shipping only with expedited option, and the delivery time may be extended.
4. Shipping from
We have three shipping warehouses: American Warehouse, German warehouse and Shenzhen China Warehouse.
For orders with addresses in the US, we usually choose to ship from the US warehouse. And usually delivered within 7 business days.
For iSteady X orders with addresses in the Europe, we usually choose to ship from the German warehouse. And usually delivered within 9 business days.
For orders in other regions and the first two warehouses are out of stock, we will ship directly from the Shenzhen Warehouse. Please refer to the shipping option you selected for delivery time.
The shipping warehouse may change due to the destination and product inventory.
5. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club and JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.
6. Exclude taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. Hohem assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted or promotional items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer not paying customs duties will not be unable to process the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize hohem to import your product on your behalf and agree to hohem delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account. Few international orders will not guarantee tracking after they arrival the destination country.

8. Handling time
Our products usually ship within 2-4 business days (do NOT include weekends or holidays). Please be patient my friend, sometimes it will take about few days to be processed by the logistics.
We strive to get all orders received before 0 AM (EST) shipped out the following (business) day. We ship from our warehouses in US, Germany, China and depending on our inventory and your location. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. Once the tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email!
